Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a shop using Levroc

1. Disconnect a channel: in the Levroc dashboard open Settings → Channels and press “Disconnect” next to Instagram or WhatsApp. The access token is deleted immediately and Levroc stops receiving and sending messages for that account.
2. Remove the app in Instagram: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Levroc → Remove. For WhatsApp: Meta Business Suite → Settings → Integrations → Connected apps → Levroc → Remove.
3. Delete all your data: write from the owner’s email to hello@levroc.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We delete the shop, its catalogue, conversations, orders and staff accounts within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a shop on Instagram or WhatsApp

Write to hello@levroc.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us your Instagram username or WhatsApp phone number and, if you know it, the name of the shop. We delete your messages and contact details within 30 days and reply with a confirmation. You can also ask the shop directly.

Магазину, который пользуется Levroc: отключить канал — «Настройки → Каналы → Отключить», токен доступа удаляется сразу; убрать приложение — в Instagram «Настройки → Приложения и сайты → Levroc → Удалить», для WhatsApp — Meta Business Suite «Настройки → Интеграции → Подключённые приложения»; удалить все данные — письмо с почты владельца на hello@levroc.com с темой «Удаление данных», удалим магазин, каталог, переписки, заказы и сотрудников в течение 30 дней и подтвердим письмом.

Если вы писали магазину в Instagram или WhatsApp: напишите на hello@levroc.com с темой «Удаление данных», укажите ник в Instagram или номер WhatsApp и, если знаете, название магазина. Удалим ваши сообщения и контакты в течение 30 дней и ответим подтверждением. Подробнее — в политике конфиденциальности.
